Christie visits HarperCollins

Yesterday this country bumpkin headed into the big smoke of London for the loveliest lunch with the wonderful team at HarperCollins 💛

The food was delicious, but honestly the company was even better. There was my super-talented editor Laura – the magical human who somehow turns my ramblings into the very best versions of my books. Helen, who is basically a superhero in disguise, keeping me organised, on deadline (mostly!), across edits, covers, everything… and always being such a steady source of support. And of course Charlotte – true publishing royalty – who believed in me from the start, champions my stories, and is just an absolute legend.

Then, as if the day couldn’t get any nicer, I managed a quick dinner with daughter number one before heading home to my three loons 🥰🐾
